Scope, eligibility, and agreements

Please review the applicable terms before using a service or placing an order. If you disagree, do not proceed with that use or order. Mere browsing does not waive any legal right or create a paid engagement. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase or services agreement; minors need a parent or guardian's involvement where required. A signed project agreement, product-specific license, or checkout terms govern their specific subject if they conflict with these general terms. Mandatory law takes priority. The Privacy Policy explains processing; reading it does not give consent to optional processing.

Ownership and software license

Website content, software, branding, artwork, and other materials belong to their respective owners. You may browse the site and use offered demonstrations for their intended purpose. For paid software, including VisionPlay, MyAICleaner, and Local AI Video Enhancer, payment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use on compatible devices you own or control, subject to the product's stated device limits and license. A license does not transfer copyright. Free downloads follow the license supplied with them; source-code licenses and third-party notices retain their own terms.

Do not redistribute proprietary binaries or license keys, sell unauthorized copies, bypass payment or activation controls, or reverse engineer proprietary software except where applicable law or its license permits. We may terminate a license for a material breach after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where appropriate; urgent fraud or security risks may require immediate action. Termination does not remove rights or remedies already accrued.

Acceptable use and submissions

Do not use the site or software for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, malicious code, or interference with services. Only submit material you have permission to share. You retain rights in your submissions and authorize us to use them to respond to your request and perform the agreed service. Do not send passwords, card details, or confidential client information through public forms. We may restrict abusive or unsafe activity proportionately and review concerns sent to the contact above.

Orders, delivery, and subscriptions

Review the product description, compatibility requirements, license limits, total price, currency, taxes, delivery method, and any recurring billing before checkout. Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy where offered, or the provider identified at checkout handles its transaction under its own terms. A merchant-of-record arrangement applies only when identified for that order. Domestic payment by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, or bank transfer applies only if separately offered and agreed; confirm payment instructions through our published contact.

Paid software is delivered digitally using the method stated for the order. Keep your receipt and contact support if access fails. Subscriptions renew only on the schedule disclosed at checkout. Cancel through the receipt or billing portal to stop future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Partial-period refunds are not normally offered unless the checkout terms or law require them. No general promise of lifetime updates, maintenance, or compatibility with future platforms is made unless included in your purchase agreement.

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds

Mandatory consumer cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content remain available. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, immediate digital delivery can end that withdrawal right only when the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation have been obtained. Reading these terms, downloading, or activating software does not by itself supply that consent. Any loss of withdrawal rights does not remove remedies for a defective product.

Our voluntary 14-day technical satisfaction guarantee remains available: if the software is incompatible with your Windows system or fails substantially to perform as documented, notify us within 14 days of purchase. If support cannot resolve the issue within five business days, you may request a full refund. Email your order reference and relevant system specifications to the contact above. This guarantee supplements your legal rights and does not impose its deadline on statutory claims. The payment provider may administer the refund. After a refund, stop using the refunded license and remove its copies; this does not affect a separately licensed copy. Game purchases follow their store and game-specific refund rules.

Commissioned services and informational content

Contacting us, using an estimator, or viewing example pricing does not reserve time or create a services contract. Scope, deliverables, acceptance, fees, milestones, confidentiality, ownership, support, and cancellation for commissioned work must be agreed in a project agreement or accepted proposal. Published results and examples do not promise a particular business outcome. Articles, news summaries, code samples, AI output, and demonstrations may contain errors or become outdated. Check their suitability before relying on them in a production system or an important decision.

VisionPlay: health and safe use

VisionPlay is offered for educational and recreational visual-skills practice, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. It is not a substitute for an eye examination, professional advice, or prescribed care. No regulatory clearance or clinical effectiveness is promised by these terms. Home observation notes are not clinical findings. Moving imagery, flashing effects, and stereoscopic patterns may cause discomfort or photosensitive symptoms. Stop if you experience eye strain, headache, dizziness, nausea, or visual disturbance and seek appropriate medical advice. Children need attentive adult supervision and appropriate eye-care advice.

MyAICleaner: backups and file safety

Cleanup operations can change or delete files, including caches, logs, model files, and build artifacts. Read the preview and selected paths, use available safeguards, and keep verified backups before cleanup. Recovery, quarantine, or a preview cannot guarantee recovery of every file. These precautions do not transfer responsibility for a software defect to you or exclude legal remedies for damage caused by our failure to meet applicable obligations.

Local AI Video Enhancer: media and hardware

Local AI processing can demand substantial CPU, GPU, memory, power, and cooling. Check compatibility and your hardware's operating guidance, keep original media, and inspect output for artifacts or inaccurate details. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the media you process. Do not create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or non-consensual content. Synthetic output is not proof of an event or a person's actions. These precautions do not waive rights concerning defective software or damage for which we are legally responsible.

Games and third-party services

The Game policy and each game's own notices explain gameplay, local saves, safe play, virtual items, advertising, and supported app purchases. Clearing device data can erase local progress. Third-party platforms, embedded media, checkout, and external links have their own terms and availability. A link or advertisement does not imply our endorsement. We remain responsible for our own obligations; using a third party does not remove them.

Warranties and responsibility

Free demonstrations and informational content are supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. Compatibility and performance vary. Any exclusion of implied warranties applies only where lawful and does not override an express product promise or mandatory standards for paid goods or services. Consumers retain applicable rights to reasonable care and skill, satisfactory quality, conformity with description, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law.

For business customers only, subject to the exclusions below and any separately agreed project terms, liability for ordinary contractual claims is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service in the preceding 12 months. For those business claims, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and lost profits, to the extent a reasonable and lawful limitation is permitted. This business limitation does not apply to consumer claims.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer remedy, data-protection right, or other protection that cannot lawfully be restricted. No clause requires you to waive your right to sue, complain to a regulator, or exercise a mandatory remedy.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms prospectively for changes to features, security, providers, or legal requirements. The effective date identifies the current version; material changes will receive further notice where required. Updates do not retroactively alter an existing paid agreement or remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only where they can lawfully operate without it.

Pakistani law governs these general terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan may hear disputes where legally permitted, but this does not exclude another competent court or your right to bring a consumer claim locally where the law permits. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. You can contact us to seek an informal resolution without losing access to a court, regulator, or payment-provider complaint process, and without shortening any legal time limit.
